With a length of stay 1-3 nights:

  • 1 person: CZK 400/night (whole apartment = 1 person)
  • 2 persons: CZK 750/night (whole apartment = 2 persons)
  • 3-4 persons: CZK 350/person/night (whole apartment)
  • 5-6 persons: CZK 330/person/night (whole apartment)

Multi-day stay (4 nights and more):

  • 1-2 persons: CZK 300/person/night
  • 3-4 persons: CZK 280/person/night
  • 5-6 persons: CZK 260/person/night

WINTER prices

15. september - 14. april

+ 10% to prices in the summer

(Higher heating costs)

Year-round price applicable

  • tax (village): CZK 2/1 person/night
  • Paid in excess of the price in cash upon arrival)

pet agreement with the owner:

  • cat: CZK 30/day
  • small dog: CZK 50/day
  • big dog: CZK 80/day

Prices include:

  • Rent incl. and related equipment. accessories
  • all electricity (incl. hot water and heating)
  • bedding
  • towels in the bathroom, towels in the kitchen
  • cleaning products
  • parking in front
  • bike storage in the garage owner

Final cleaning:

It is only included for shorter stays (1-3 nights).
For longer NOT – it is possible to negotiate individually for a one-time fee of 200 CZK (departure).
